ISLA Coffee Break – October 2024

On October 4th we organize our monthly ISLA - International Sport Lawyers Association Coffee Break, where we will discuss the most relevant cases of the law of European Union regarding sports issues.

Moreover, on Friday, October 4th, the Court of Justice of the European Union will issue the final ruling on case Lassana Diarra and FIFPRO v. FIFA and URBSFA, that we can discuss right after the publication of the decision.

The speaker is an attorney-at-law, CAS Arbitrator – Stefano Bastianon, who will also present “The European Union and Sport Handbook”, that was done together with his co-author, Professor Michele Colucci.
